Chef Christos, fondly known as Chef Titos, brings together the warmth of Mediterranean traditions and a wealth of global culinary expertise. Hailing from Greece, his journey began in applied mathematics before he discovered his true passion in the art of cooking.
He honed his craft at some of the world’s most prestigious Michelin-starred establishments, including Konstantin Fillipou (Vienna), Amelia (San Sebastián), VEA (Hong Kong), and Gaggan (Bangkok). In Thailand, he was instrumental at Haoma, helping it achieve a Michelin star and the title of Asia’s Most Sustainable Restaurant in 2024, before leading the culinary team at the renowned Vertigo rooftop at Banyan Tree Bangkok.
Now at View Bangkok Rooftop Bar, Chef Titos channels his creativity, precision, and passion into every dish, offering guests a dining experience that is both heartfelt and unforgettable.
