Chef Christos, fondly known as Chef Titos. He brings the flavors of the Mediterranean together with international culinary expertise at View Rooftop Bangkok. Originally from Greece, he began his career in applied mathematics before discovering his true passion in the art of cooking.
He sharpened his culinary skills in some of the world’s most renowned Michelin-starred restaurants including Konstantin Fillipou (Vienna), Amelia (San Sebastián), VEA (Hong Kong), and Gaggan (Bangkok). In Thailand, he also contributed to Haoma earning a Michelin star and the 2024 title of Asia’s Most Sustainable Restaurant.
Now at View Rooftop Bangkok, Chef Titos brings creativity, precision, and passion to every dish, delivering a dining experience which is a remarkable and heartfelt culinary journey.
