Greek-born Chef Titos transitioned from applied mathematics to world-class gastronomy, honing his skills at Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe and Asia, including Gaggan in Bangkok and Amelia in San Sebastián. In Thailand, he worked at Haoma—Asia’s Most Sustainable Restaurant 2024—before becoming head chef at View Bangkok Rooftop & Restaurant.
